Where can I take classes to learn woodworking? I like to pick up some good carpentry skills to pursue as a hobby.
Your local community college
High end woodworking stores like Rockler Hardware and Woodcraft have in store seminars..
Also check with your local carpenters union, they have carpentry classes for beginning carpenters, but you may have to join which would be prohibitive..
If they don’t or won’t, the carpenters union would still know of any other place else that offers classes….
